Energy We have recently been retained to recruit a new independent Non Executive Director for the Board of an industry leading company providing back of house software and professional services to Australia’s private insurance sector.
The Board is made up of industry representatives and is seeking to bring on an independent, skills based, non-executive position to the Board, aiming to commence the position in the 4th quarter this year. They are looking for an experienced and capable Director with a strong background in the IT/software sector, who brings strategic business development and oversight skills, especially around software development.
A candidate with experience/knowledge in capital raising will be viewed favourably. Ideally you should have GAICD qualifications or be willing to undertake further study. The person can be located anywhere in Australia, although some interstate travel will be required. It is also noted that the Board seeks to widen the diversity on the board.
